I was brought in to assist Pauls Boutique's internal design team. I worked directly with them to be train junior staff on email design & coding. During this time I also helped them through a re-brand as they were looking to move to an up-market clientel.

This was a great opportunity to work in a mentoring role, whilst using my experience to improve their current design output. They were pleased enough with me to offer a full time role after which I beleive was testiment to how well I intergrated into their team.
