With 7 years in web design, I have experienced the birth and growth of responsive design, along with experience using platforms such as Magento, Worpdress, Drupal and more. I've worked in one of the best web design teams in the country, at John Lewis, and along with agency experience, I have a deep knowledge of the field.
I was Senior Designer at The Telegraph, which is where print design begun for the mass market. I have designed for huge scale national events, to small paper based advertising, whilst managing a team to collectively build the Telegraph Brand.
I've worked with research teams at John Lewis, The Telegraph & an ecommerce consultancy. In that time i've worked on hudreds of wireframes, based on group user testing & targeted testing. Much of my work has gone on to prove successful in improving conversion rates & an more user friendly website.
I've spent several months as interim creactive director of the Telegraph Brand design team, covering huge national events as well as in-house editorial. I've also worked with a huge range of brands in my career, from Apple & Sky Sports, to small independant businesses.
I have agency experience working with ecommerce brands, hoping to either build or grow their business. I've worked with brands as big as Apple, being allowed creative control of their products (a UK first!), to small family businesses hoping to kick start their company online.
