I spent a couple of months at Lloyds of London, working with their director of design to create a new design department at Lloyds.
They had no existing team and relied on 3rd party solutions or designers for UX.
This new setup required me to create a new design system, and way of working playbooks setting out guidelines of what the team would do and why.
I worked closely with existing BAs to train them on working with design thinking, bridging the gap between their knowledge and future UX projects.
