I led 2 projects and London Stock Exchange – A new developer onboarding portal, and a Single Pane of Glass KYC & Onboarding experience.
The developer portal was to be built on Backstage, which limited UI range. However the project focused on how we could customise the tool and worked with Developers to understand their existing needs and frustrations, so we could provide and personalised experience.
Using a 3 week design sprint I led the creation of a new onboarding experience, costed and roadmapped with a developed MPV for stakeholders to take to their business heads. This process included hosting daily workshops to understand the needs the business and prioritising features into a solution which would gain budget approval.
