I led a short project with TransAmerica on an internal operations tool which was produced from a white-label tool we had created internally at Synechron.
This required roadmapping with stakeholders and developer teams, and managing an internal designer to updating the whitelabel to suit TA’s needs and branding.
We then worked in sprints with the developer team to produce a fast roll-out of the solution.
