This was increasing costs, while dramatically reducing client experience. <\/p>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"has-medium-font-size\">On the discovery, I spoke to clients, market leaders in payment solutions and tested several competitor experiences.
