As the Head of Design at start-up Howsy, I designed the new mobile application for both landlords and renters. This tool was to support both managing properties and as a support tool for renters.
My role included working with remote development teams, using Flutter as a codebase to remove the need for both IOS & Android apps.
I spoke to renters to indentify and create new features such as attaching QR codes to appliances which ensured faults could be reported.
I also designed the new property search website which helped the business be successfully sold to a large property company.
