Working with Paul's Boutique has been a very enjoyable ongoing process. I am extremely passionate about fashion and Paul's have been undergoing a transition in brand to target a new audience.
As they have been building their ecommmerce team, I have been working as a consultant to train their staff in email design & coding. This has included looking through email statistics to see where they can be improved, and introduction responsive emails to support with the modern customer.
We are also working on a new responsive site, and I have been working with the recently hired creative director to make sure their brand vision will meet the correct usability requirements to make a mobile friendly site. I have also created the retargetting & affiliate banners.
Recent highlights of working with them was promoting the launch of their pop-up stall in Westfields, and designing their most successful email, in terms of conversion rate, to date for Black Friday.
Working with Paul's during their rebrand has been an interest challenge, as they have been testing new areas of the industry which they have not experienced before. They had a very successful pop-up stand in Westfields which was a great opportunity to make the new brand look public without commiting to a store. This provided an opportunity to get feedback on the brand and it's direction.
